About Bárbara Goy

Bárbara Goy is a self-taught visual artist, born and based in São Paulo, Brazil. Her path in the arts began in 2002 with a focus on canvas, before moving into graffiti and widening her artistic vocabulary.

Today, Bárbara’s work has a poetic aesthetic that moves between the abstract and the figurative. Through saturated colour and expressive strokes, her pieces evoke the mystical, nature and the feminine, opening a deeper reflection on the essence of existence.
